Responsibilities Field Technician (Electrical / CCTV / GPS / DMS)

- Perform onsite installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, GPS tracking devices, DMS (Driver Monitoring Systems), and other vehicle-related electronic products.

- Travel to customer locations, vehicle yards, and client sites to carry out installations, maintenance, and service activities.

- Install and configure devices in vehicles and ensure proper connectivity, live tracking, and system functionality.

- Conduct onsite troubleshooting, diagnose technical issues, and resolve hardware, software, wiring, and connectivity problems.

- Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and quality checks to ensure all installed products function properly.

- Provide basic product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers after installation.

- Prepare installation reports,



service reports, and daily field activity updates.

- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and escalate problems when required.

- Maintain assigned tools, installation equipment, and materials properly.

- Follow company procedures, technical guidelines, and safety standards while performing field activities.

- Be willing to travel regularly to customer locations and work hands-on with electrical, electronic, CCTV, GPS, and vehicle-based products.

Key Requirement: This is a 100% field-based role, not a desk job. Candidates must be comfortable with regular field travel, onsite installation, hands-on technical work, and customer-site visits.
