About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field-level installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of automation and building management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of BMS systems at client sites.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve system-related issues.
- Work with BMS software for system configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Perform testing and commissioning of controllers, sensors, field devices, and related systems.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors for smooth execution of site activities.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, testing records, and relevant technical documentation.
- Travel to client sites as required for project execution and service activities.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned site and service activities.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

- Hands-on experience and good working knowledge of BMS software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of any additional automation software/platform such as:
- PLC
- Rockwell Automation
- Lighting Management Systems / Software
- Other industrial/building automation platforms
- Knowledge of Lighting Management Software is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of electrical and automation systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently at site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at client/project sites.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1–3 years in BMS, Building Automation, Electrical Automation, or a related field.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates with strong hands-on exposure to BMS and automation systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
