- Conduct field visits (DOOR TO DOOR), promotional activities, and client meetings to generate leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions/business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.
Requirements:
1. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Comfortable with outdoor/field work and local travel.
3. Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
5. Bengali and English communication preferred.
6. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
Benefits:
