About the Role

PROradius helps shop owners and small businesses send invoices, track stock and collect payments, with GST billing. We are looking for two field sales representatives to introduce it to local businesses, show them how it works and win them as customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit shops and small businesses in your area and build relationships with the owners
- Explain PROradius and give live demos of the invoicing and billing software
- Answer questions and negotiate with the owner to close the sale
- Arrange and attend follow-up meetings until the decision is made
- Update your visits, demos and follow-ups on a shared sheet every day
- Join a short daily online team meeting
- Aim for 10 sales a month
- Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing client meetings with retailers. Ensure existing customers are adequately serviced.
- Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments

Experience & Skills

Skills Required

- Ability to ensure excellence in execution
- At least 1 year of sales experience (field sales preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of field sales experience qualifies for the top of the pay range
- Good communication in Bengali and Hindi (required). English is an advantage.
- Good negotiation skills




- Comfortable visiting shops and meeting recent people every day
- Live in or near East Medinipur, West Medinipur or Howrah, so you can reach the towns easily
- A two-wheeler (bike) is preferred
- A smartphone and a reliable internet connection
- Consultation, facilitation and selling skills
- Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders
- Basic computer literacy MS Office Excel

Educational Qualifications

- Full Time graduate, preferably BBA/MBA

Work Experience

- 1-5 years of Sales Experience ( Freshers are also welcome as intern)
- Preferably Sales
