Your mission

Drive AiSteth device sales to medical colleges, hospitals, clinics and doctors across your assigned region.

What you will do

Territory: own the regional pipeline from first meeting to collected payment

Demos: run demos for doctors and medical staff and convert them into orders

Channel: manage distributor and channel partners in the region

Customer success:



work with clinical and support teams on onboarding and renewals

Visibility: represent AiSteth at medical conferences and CMEs

CRM: record every customer interaction

What success looks like

By month 3: 40-50+ devices per month sold in your region

Retention: renewal and active-device rate tracked

Cash: collections on time

What you bring

3–5 years in medical device, pharma or diagnostics field sales

Proven track record selling to doctors and hospitals

Ready to travel across the region

English plus Hindi and/or the regional language

Compensation

~50/50 fixed/variable

Commission paid on collected revenue
