DriveN Mobility Private Limited is hiring 6 Field Sales Executives to expand our automotive service provider network across Kerala.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented individuals who enjoy meeting business owners, building relationships and developing new business opportunities.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying, approaching and onboarding automotive service providers onto the DriveN Mobility platform.

Open Positions:

- Thiruvananthapuram – 2 vacancies
- Kollam – 2 vacancies
- Pathanamthitta – 2 vacancies

Key Responsibilities
- Visit automotive service providers, garages, car wash centres, detailing studios, body shops, vehicle customization centres and automotive accessories shops.
- Identify prospective vendors and generate recent business leads within the assigned territory.
- Meet business owners and explain the features, benefits and subscription model of the DriveN Mobility platform.
- Convert prospective vendors into registered and subscribed partners.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain proper area coverage.
- Follow up with interested vendors until successful registration and activation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Telecalling Team for lead follow-ups and appointments.
- Update daily visit details, lead status, conversions and pending follow-ups.




- Submit daily sales activity and performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge for reporting and data entry.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working with sales targets.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
