Job Summary The Field Officer / Key Account Manager will be responsible for conducting site visits, document execution, loan documents verification, generating leads, coordinating loan documentation and site visits, custodian of documents and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Loan Sourcing

o Identify and source potential business loan customers, including MSMEs, traders, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses. o Generate leads from field visits, customer referrals, and DSA networks.

o Promote secured and unsecured business loan products offered by the company.

2. Conducting site visits and ascertaining repayment capacity o Visit the business premises, collateral securities offered by the client o Ascertain the repayment capacity of the client from site visits o Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, referral partners etc.

o Preparation and submit various site visit report and such other MIS.

o Verify the KYC

3. Custodian of documents o Act as the custodian of various loan documents including but not limited to loan application, agreements, sanction letters, KFS etc.

o Ensure safe custody of the documents

1. Reporting and Compliance

o Submit field visit reports and such other MIS reports from time to time. o Achieve assigned sourcing and business development targets.

o Adhere to the company's KYC, AML,



customer service, confidentiality, and fair lending policies.

o Ensure transparent communication and ethical customer handling.

Eligibility and Qualifications

· Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

· Experience: 1 years in site visits, business loan sourcing, banking, NBFCs or financial services preferred.

· Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel may also be considered.

· Basic knowledge of business loans, banking documents, and financial statements will be an advantage.

· Proficiency in Malayalam is essential; working knowledge of English is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary and incentives will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Performance-based incentives may be offered based on the company's prevailing policy.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
