About the Role

Rs. 18,000-25,000/month Sales Incentives up to Rs. 25,000 Fuel Charges

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Territory Manager - Sales to generate business opportunities by connecting with contractors, builders, site owners and individual home builders across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to ongoing and new construction sites across Jaipur.
- Generate and qualify leads by approaching contractors, builders, site owners and individual home builders.
- Pitch construction materials and end-to-end construction services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Report daily field activities, leads and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.




- Report to the office before and after field visits as required.

Requirements

- Decent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Construction Materials or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and the Jaipur market will be an advantage.
- Must have a bike/scooter and be comfortable travelling across Jaipur for field visits.
