Department: Field Officer( Placement & Industry Relations)

Job Location: Zirakpur + Field Visits

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Qualification & Skills

- Graduate degree is mandatory; BBA/MBA in HR will be preferred.
- Average to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to companies and industries for placement-related activities.
- Ability to build professional relationships with employers and candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to companies and industries to develop job opportunities, industry tie-ups, and placement partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR representatives, recruiters, and employers.
- Identify suitable employment opportunities for candidates as per their skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate job applications, interview scheduling, candidate selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain placement MIS, employer databases, candidate tracking sheets, and placement records.
- Follow up with employers and candidates to confirm interview schedules,



selection status, and joining details.
- Coordinate with training centres and internal teams to prepare candidates for placement opportunities.
- Support post-placement documentation, candidate retention, and re-employment assistance.
- Prepare regular placement reports, employer visit reports, and updates for management.
- Achieve assigned targets for employer tie-ups, interview opportunities, and candidate placements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as per project requirements.

Key Requirements
- Willingness to travel regularly for company visits and placement coordination.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive follow-up, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within one week will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
