Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for architecture and interior design projects.
- Visit construction sites, residential projects, commercial establishments, and potential clients.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, real estate agents, and property owners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and arrange client meetings.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain lead records.
- Promote the firm's design and interior execution services.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in field marketing or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction or interior design is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: Based on experience, with performance-based incentives. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
