Job Role

We are looking for an active and responsible Field Executive to identify properties available for rent or sale in different areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will visit assigned locations, collect basic property details, take explicit photos, and share the information with our internal team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru to identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Meet property owners and collect basic property information.
- Take clear photos of the properties and their surroundings.
- Collect details such as location, property type, size, expected price or rent, and owner contact information.




- Share property photos and collected details with the internal team.
- Coordinate with property owners whenever additional information is required.
- Maintain records of the properties identified in the assigned areas.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
- Ability to interact confidently with property owners.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
- Petrol allowance provided by the company for field-related travel.
