Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in Women’s Ethnic Wear to develop innovative, market-oriented designs for our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have knowledge of ethnic wear trends, fabric selection, embroidery, prints, garment construction, and production-ready design development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design women’s ethnic wear such as Kurtis, Kurtas, Suits, Co-ord Sets, Tunics, Dresses, and other ethnic garments.
- Develop recent designs, collections, patterns, colour combinations, and seasonal concepts.
- Prepare design sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and production-ready artwork.
- Coordinate with embroidery, digital printing, fabric, sampling, and production teams.
- Select suitable fabrics, prints, embellishments,



embroidery patterns, and colour palettes.
- Develop samples and ensure designs meet quality, cost, and production requirements.
- Research current fashion trends, market demand, and competitor collections.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely development of new styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in women’s ethnic wear designing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, embroidery, printing, and embellishments.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to develop commercial designs.
- Ability to work with sampling and production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
