Role Description This internship role as a Fashion Consultant is an on-site position based in Dehra Dun.

The Fashion

Consultant will assist customers with personalized styling advice, helping them select appropriate designer outfits and accessories for various occasions. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, explaining product features and fit, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from selection to return. The intern will also support store operations, coordinate fittings,



handle basic sales and rental transactions, and provide thoughtful customer service aligned with the brand’s sustainable fashion ethos.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills, including an eye for styling, trends, and occasion-appropriate attire.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to understand designer labels, fabrics, fits, and care requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build trust.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to guide customers through the rental process and support conversion goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Interest in sustainable and circular fashion practices, with a willingness to learn about Rent An Attire’s model and values.
- Prior experience or coursework in fashion, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Availability to work in office in Dehra Dun, with flexibility for peak seasons and special events.
