June Of | Flexible role
June Of is a conscious Indian womenswear brand. We're a small team, and this role sits at the centre of how a collection goes from sketch to garment.
What you'll do
- Develop collection designs with the founder, from concept to final styles
- Draft patterns and prepare accurate tech packs
- Use CLO3D to build and fit-check garments virtually before sampling
- Work with our production team through sampling
- Keep design files, patterns, and tech packs organised and version-controlled
- Over time, take on vendor communication and production follow-ups
What we're looking for
- 0-2 years of experience undergoing/completed a degree or diploma in fashion design, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong pattern-making and garment construction skills
- Ability to write clear tech packs and measurement specs
- Comfortable working with a founder remotely, with a weekly design and tech pack review
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
- Interest in Indian craft, textiles, and sustainable design
Working with us
- Adaptable timings, ₹20,000 per month
- Close contact with the people making the garments, so you learn construction in practice
