- Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers in a professionally.

- Discuss farmers' queries, concerns, and requirements related to agriculture and farming activities.

- Guide farmers regarding agricultural products, services, crop management, and farm-related solutions.

- Provide timely support and resolve farmers' issues through telephonic conversations and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the Marketing Team, Field Team, and other departments for effective resolution of farmer concerns.

- Maintain regular communication with farmers to ensure satisfaction and relationship building.

- Record and update farmer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the system.

- Follow up on pending cases and ensure proper closure of farmer issues.

- Assist farmers with information regarding company products, schemes, and agricultural practices.





- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of farmer communications.

- Support campaign activities and farmer engagement programs.

- Handle escalations and coordinate with concerned teams for quick resolution.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Ability to interact confidently with farmers and understand their needs.

- Basic knowledge of agriculture and farming practices.

- Knowledge of computer operations, MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet.

- Positive typing and data entry skills.

- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
