The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the wooden industry and the ability to manage production efficiency, workforce coordination, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory production activities
- Monitor production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Coordinate with production staff and factory workers
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
- Maintain workplace safety and production discipline
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Monitor machinery handling and production processes

Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in wooden/plywood industry
- Driving license mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle factory operations independently
