Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role based in Daman, Daman and Diu.

The Factory

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing production planning and scheduling, coordinating resources, and supervising shop-floor teams to maintain smooth workflows. The role involves implementing and monitoring quality control processes,



maintaining compliance with ISO and other industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Factory

Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations management, resolve operational issues, optimize equipment utilization, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

- Robust production planning and production management skills, with experience in scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in quality control within manufacturing environments, including implementing standards, conducting inspections, and managing corrective actions.
- Expertise in manufacturing operations and operations management, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in factory or plant management, preferably in cable accessories, electrical components, or related industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance applicable to manufacturing facilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to build a culture of accountability and safety.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using production and ERP systems.
