Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–4 years (Retail Sales / Eyewear Category)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable eyewear products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and brand offerings to customers.
- Achieve individual and category-wise sales targets.
- Complete billing and sales transactions.
- Assist customers with product returns, repairs, queries, and complaints.
- Maintain stock records, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain attractive product displays and follow store operating procedures.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
