Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facade Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Facade

Designer will develop detailed facade concepts and shop drawings for cladding and glazing systems, ensuring structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with project specifications and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and fabrication teams; reviewing design inputs; optimizing facade details for manufacturability and installation; and resolving technical issues during design and construction. The role also involves preparing documentation,



updating drawings based on feedback, and supporting quality assurance for facade-related deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in facade design, including Facade and Facade Design.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in building envelope materials and systems, including Cladding and Glazing.
- Candidates should possess technical drafting and documentation skills, including Shop Drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for facade detailing and coordination.
- Understanding of structural behavior, building codes, and industry standards related to facades.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and visualization abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; prior experience in facade or building envelope design is preferred.
