- Graduate with 7-10 years experience in warehouse/store management and import-export documentation, proficient in warehouse ERP and Excel
- Manage import-export documentation, coordinate logistics and CHAs, arrange raw materials, maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety, oversee stock verification and quality control, prepare timely reports

LOCATION: Pune(Khed Shivapur) REPORT TO: Head of Business & Operations India - Production Manager?

PURPOSE:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Import , Export documentation
- Handle CHAs
- Logistics
- Arranging raw material as per user requirement
- To maintain good housekeeping in and around Warehouse
- Prevent accidents and secure manner as per SOPs
- Working closely with despatches, suppliers transport companies
- Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods
- Manage & maintain appropriate MIS
- Manage inspection and quality control of orders.
- Documentation in Imports & Exports.
- Ensure that proper records are maintained as per the requirements
- Handling of warehouse records, registers, logbooks etc.
- Dispensing of approved materials as per first in first out (FIFO) method to production as Material indent, Manufacturing Material List.
- Unloading, receiving of materials, preparing documents as per SOPs.




- Should have working knowledge of warehouse ERP/ warehouse Management system.
- Stocks verification with book Vs Physical.
- Timely reports as per company need and periodicity

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- Timely maintenance of records
- Stock position to be uptodate and tally with records
- Quality Parameters to followed
- Nil accidents/ maintenance of safety procedures

Education:

Graduation

Experience:

- Minimum 7-10 years
- Experienced in similar roles- warehouse/ stores
- Good knowledge of excel
