Role Description This is a full-time, in office Export Documentation role located in Ludhiana. The position involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining all export-related documents in line with regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely shipment processing and accurate documentation.



The role also covers managing records for export and import activities, tracking shipment status, and handling basic customer service inquiries related to documentation. The team member will support compliance with export regulations, assist in resolving documentation discrepancies, and contribute to efficient export operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Export procedures and related regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic data management.
- Relevant experience in export/import operations or logistics will be beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately with details, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field will be an advantage.
