We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Executive for our Voice of Employee (VOE) and Employee Relations (ER) Channel Sales segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving employee grievances while maintaining a positive work setting. This role involves interacting with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and implement solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee grievances efficiently and effectively, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and understanding.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee relations and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of grievances, resolutions, and follow-ups to ensure compliance and track progress.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and grievance handling processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to foster engagement and address any potential issues proactively.
