About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Executives to join its Supply Chain Security Operations Center team.

As a Executive, you will play an important role in the real-time tracking, monitoring, and security of trucks, trailers, and high-value cargo. Using GPS-based tracking systems, you will monitor vehicle movements, identify unusual activities, respond to alerts, and coordinate with drivers and operations teams to support safe and efficient supply chain operations.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, logistics, and supply chain security, with hands-on exposure to real-time monitoring and incident management.

Please Note: This is a Supply Chain Security Operations Center role focused on logistics monitoring, asset tracking, risk identification, and incident coordinationnot a cybersecurity SOC role.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor GPS-based tracking systems and vehicle movements in real time.
- Identify and respond to alerts involving route deviations, unexpected stoppages, geofence breaches, and potential security incidents.
- Coordinate with drivers, field teams, clients, and internal operations teams to address issues.
- Maintain accurate records of alerts, incidents, communications, and actions taken.




- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client protocols.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior team members for timely resolution.
- Support continuous visibility and security of supply chain movements.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with Diploma, Bachelor's degree from recognized institutions.
- Freshers and experienced candidates interested in supply chain management, logistics monitoring, and customer service operations.
- Candidates with good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word, and tools such as Outlook and Teams.
- Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
- Applicants who can reliably commute to or relocate to Jalandhar, Punjab.

Added Advantage: Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, BPO, customer support, control-room operations, or real-time monitoring. Tools such as

- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Samsara
- Fleet Management

Work Details

- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, On-site
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 9 hours per shift, 6 days/week
