Meet production targets. 3. Ensure minimum downtime in production process. 4. Ensure preventive maintenance of production machines and equipments as per plan. 5. Quality initiatives in production process/ plant. 6. Staff/worker management in shift operations. 7. Data compilation & preparation of various production related MIS. 8.
