Department: Service Sales Position Name: Back office support Service Sale Executive Role Overview: Responsible for Branch Service Sales activities.

Key Responsibilities: •Adhere to all safety, IT & compliance rules & regulation of Company Adhere to service sales SOP.

• Proactively contact customers before contract expiry as per guidelines to address any concerns, inform them about upcoming renewal dates and outstanding payments, and ensure all updates are accurately recorded in the system.

• Prepare and submit AMC renewal/conversion quotes well before contract expiry and maintain updated records in the system. •Attend negotiation meetings to renew / convert the contract before expiry date & and update in system. •Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely support, sharing relevant insights, and offering guidance.



Identify new business opportunities through research and recommend solutions that enhance profitability and service quality. •Maintain and enhance professional and technical expertise through continuous learning—attend training programs, review industry publications, build networks, adopt best practices, and actively participate in qualified forums. •Call customer to confirm the receipt of invoice from central team, If require resubmit the invoice and Timely payment collection. •Generate repair leads in coordination with service operation team and provide appropriate quote to customer. •Generate 3rd party leads in coordination with service operation team and provide appropriate quote to customer. •Update the Customer contract details in System, Visit / call to customer as per NPS task in case of negative sore, Work on Recapture of lost customer / contracts.Employee Type:
