Qualifications
- High School Graduate/Diploma with CEF B1-5 Level proficiency, one year of experience in a voice process or prior level with eighteen months of process experience
- Proficient in computer operations, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
- Solid analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and comprehension skills
