Job Summary The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, food quality, hygiene, and kitchen staff management. The role requires strong culinary expertise, leadership, cost control, and food safety management skills to ensure consistent food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and high standards of guest satisfaction.

Educational & Experience Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production.
- Relevant professional culinary qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in qualified kitchen operations, preferably in reputed hotels, resorts, institutional catering, or large-scale food service establishments.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, such as Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Chef de Cuisine.
- Experience in bulk cooking, banquet operations, multi-cuisine preparation, and large-scale catering is preferred.
