HIRING: CLIENT ASSOCIATE US HEALTH INSURANCE

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in International Voice Customer Support. Candidates with experience in US Health Insurance, client account management, and policy renewal processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch and provide end-to-end support.
- Manage approximately 35 client accounts as a Client Associate.
- Handle end-to-end US Health Insurance policy renewal activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely completion of renewals.
- Understand and follow applicable US Health Insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and review insurance documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, carrier proposals, enrollment materials, contracts, certificates, and policies.
- Handle client queries effectively and minimize errors and rework.
- Identify potential risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Build solid relationships with onshore branch staff to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support service transitions, onboarding, and process migration activities when required.
- Maintain excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Voice Customer Support.
- Experience in US Health Insurance is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and client-handling skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
- Experience handling US clients and coordinating with onshore teams is an added advantage.
- US Health Insurance certification, such as ACSRL, is preferred.
- Experience as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), in service transitions, or onboarding is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel onshore, if required.
