We are seeking a creative and organised Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and related events. The ideal candidate should be able to manage clients, vendors, budgets, and event schedules while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate weddings and related functions.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and entertainment teams.
- Prepare event timelines, schedules, and checklists.
- Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, and bookings.
- Monitor event expenses and ensure budget control.




- Supervise on-site event setup and execution.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; event management qualifications preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management or wedding planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours during events.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
