Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-organized Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, brand activations, corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver successful events within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, brand activations, exhibitions, product launches, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, budgets, and event expectations.

Liaise with vendors, venues, production teams, decorators, printers, fabricators, and other service providers.

Manage event logistics, including venue booking, permissions, manpower, transportation, equipment, branding, and setup.

Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, design, production, sales, and marketing departments.

Ensure proper implementation of branding materials, advertising displays, promotional activities, and event concepts.

Prepare event plans, schedules, budgets, quotations, and execution reports.

Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and maintain cost efficiency.

Supervise on-ground event execution and ensure smooth operations from setup to dismantling.

Handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Monitor event quality, timelines, safety requirements,



and brand guidelines.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, promoters, and other stakeholders.

Prepare post-event reports, photographs, feedback, and expense statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

1–3 years of experience in event management, advertising, promotions, or brand activation is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Good vendor management and budget-handling abilities.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.

Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

BTL marketing activities and brand activations.

Mall activations, roadshows, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.

Corporate events, product launches, and outdoor advertising events.

Managing promoters, event staff, production vendors, and on-ground teams.

Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Tour and trivialism)
