The Role:

As an Events Coordinator, you will own the planning and execution of our live experiences. From coordinating logistics to troubleshooting on-site, your work will ensure every event runs like a dream. If you are a proactive multitasker who loves to travel, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:

- Manage end-to-end event production for tournaments, launches, and activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Oversee on-site setup, logistics, and technical requirements.
- Plan budgets, track expenses, and ensure events stay on schedule and within budget.
- Travel across cities to execute events.

Who You Are:

- 2+ years of experience in event management or operations.




- A problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and in office event work.
- Bonus: Experience in sports events or large-scale activations.
