- Responsible for quantity surveying, quantity analysis, and billing.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and PAR (Plinth Area Rate).
- Preparation of detailed estimates, including quantity calculations, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Verification of quantities, rate calculations, and billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
