Estimation & Budgeting
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and material take-offs for routine maintenance, plant shutdowns, and facility upgrades.
- Vendor & RFQ Management: Float inquiries to vendors, analyze technical quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing for spare parts and external maintenance services.
- Resource Planning: Forecast labor hours, specialized tools, and materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Site Supervision & Maintenance Execution
- Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance work across the production floor.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
