We are looking for an ESS Sales Manager to join our team at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. As the ESS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our Energy Storage System (ESS) products to customers in the North India region, as well as maintaining and growing our client base.

Roles and responsibilities of ESS Sales Manager at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's ESS (Energy Storage System) sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities in the ESS market, including energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive ESS sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations,



to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Eastman Auto & Power Ltd at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote ESS products and services.
