Key Responsibilities

- Analyse existing ERP workflows and identify areas requiring modification or improvement.

- Customise ERP modules, forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows as per business requirements.

- Develop and implement new features, functionalities, and process enhancements within the ERP system.

- Configure user roles, access permissions, master data, and system settings.

- Work with departments such as HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Logistics, and Operations to gather requirements.

- Develop or modify reports, MIS, and data exports to support business decision-making.

- Troubleshoot ERP errors, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with external ERP vendors when required.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual data entry.

- Conduct system testing, implement changes, and ensure data accuracy and system stability.

- Maintain technical documentation, change logs, and user guides.





- Provide user training and ongoing technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in ERP customisation, configuration, development, or implementation.

- Experience modifying an existing ERP system rather than only using it as an end user.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.

- Experience with APIs, integrations, scripting, or programming relevant to the ERP platform.

- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, reporting, and automation.

- Ability to independently assess

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
