Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Erection & Commissioning Engineer to handle the installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring of wastewater treatment plants, including Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, equipment installation, piping, electrical and instrumentation coordination, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for ETP, STP, and WTP projects.
- Supervise the installation of tanks, pumps, blowers, agitators, filters, clarifiers, dosing systems, membranes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation works at project sites.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, GA drawings, equipment layouts, and piping isometric drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, levelling, grouting, piping connections, and equipment installation.
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks, including hydrotesting, leak testing, equipment trial runs, and electrical and instrumentation checks.
- Carry out wet commissioning, process start-up, and performance testing of treatment plants.
- Monitor treatment parameters such as pH, TDS, COD, BOD, turbidity, flow, pressure, and dissolved oxygen, as applicable.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues during commissioning.




- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and applicable environmental requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports, commissioning reports, equipment checklists, snag lists, and handover documents.
- Train client operators and provide technical support during plant stabilization and the initial operation period.
- Ensure proper handover of the commissioned plant to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team or client.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ETP / STP / WTP erection and commissioning.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and plant equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.;
- Knowledge of pumps, blowers, piping, valves, dosing systems, filters, and treatment equipment.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good site supervision, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in industrial wastewater treatment plants and sewage treatment plants.
- Knowledge of biological treatment systems such as MBBR, SBR, MBR, and conventional activated sludge processes.
- Experience in RO systems, UF systems, filter systems, and chemical dosing systems.
- Experience in equipment testing, process optimization, and commissioning documentation.

- Timely completion of erection and commissioning activities.

- Successful plant start-up and achievement of agreed performance parameters.
- Effective troubleshooting and reduction of commissioning delays.
- Timely submission of project reports and handover documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
