Role Description The Erection Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Baramati, responsible for overseeing and managing the erection of Pre-Engineered Building structures at project locations. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, fabrication teams, and clients to plan and execute erection activities safely and efficiently. The role involves reviewing drawings and erection plans, organizing manpower and equipment, monitoring site progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

The Erection

Engineer will conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, maintain erection records, and support testing, alignment,



and final handover of structures. The position requires close collaboration with design and detailing teams, active participation in site meetings, and continuous improvement of erection methodologies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust technical skills in structural erection, PEB systems, steel structures, and understanding of engineering drawings and connection details.
- Candidates should possess skills in project and site management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment, and implementation of safe work practices at construction and erection sites.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance and control, including inspection of fabrication and erection work, adherence to specifications, and documentation of site activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, site staff, and internal engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site constraints, technical issues, and erection challenges in real time.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Prior experience in PEB erection, industrial building projects, or steel structure construction will be an added advantage.
