Experience 3-6 years in ERP implementation Overview Lead end-to-end implementations of for new and existing clients.

The Consultant runs blueprint sessions, collects requirements, performs solution analysis, documents business process flows, spearheads change management, and conducts end-user training and testing.

The role calls for experience with full lifecycle implementations of cloud-based enterprise solutions, robust functional knowledge of finance processes AR, AP, GL, procurement, budgeting and the like — and the appetite for extended on-site deployment with clients.

Key responsibilities

- Implement Yardi's ERP products end to end — from blueprint through go-live.
- Lead blueprint sessions with cross-functional teams; collect requirements and document business process flows.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including hands-on migration work.
- Conduct solution analysis as part of cross-functional implementation teams.
- Drive change management: train stakeholders and communicate relevant information to everyone affected.
- Engage with third-party vendors and client IT teams throughout the implementation.
- Prepare for and conduct end-user training and testing.




- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all requested documentation.
- Deliver presentations to various levels of client and internal management.

Requirements Q U A L I F I C A T I O N & D O M A I N

- Chartered Accountant (preferred). Candidates with B.Com and an MBA in Finance will also be considered.
- 3–6 years of relevant ERP implementation experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance (AR / AP / G L); exposure to Procurement, Investment Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Real Estate or BFSI systems is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of other ERPs is a plus. S K I L L S & T O O L S
- Strong MS Office skills — especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word; exposure to MS Visio is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to understand and articulate complex topics.
