Job Summary

Seeking an ERP & Business Systems Manager with a strong Finance background and proven hands-on experience in ERP assessment, solution evaluation and end-to-end implementation within distribution and manufacturing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess existing ERP systems, identify process gaps and recommend suitable solutions.
- Lead ERP implementation from requirements gathering and solution evaluation through configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and stabilisation.
- Manage ERP vendors, implementation partners, project timelines and deliverables.
- Improve Finance processes, including accounting, month-end close, inventory valuation, product costing and financial reporting.
- Optimise procurement, inventory, warehouse, production and supply chain processes.
- Drive system integration, process standardisation, user training and internal controls.





Mandatory Requirements

- Proven ownership of at least one end-to-end ERP implementation or major transformation project through go-live.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and experience in distribution or manufacturing.
- Practical experience in ERP assessment, business process mapping, data migration, UAT and implementation partner management.
- Solid project management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification & Preferred Experience

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
- Experience with Epicore, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage or similar ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel and reporting automation would be an advantage.
