Key Responsibilities

- Assess individual student ability and progress.

- Check worksheets and homework and identify areas needing attention.

- Select worksheets based on performance and the current focus area.

- Monitor progress and move students to the next level when ready.

- Encourage independent thinking through appropriate questioning and guidance.

- Plan classwork and homework.

- Maintain student records and attendance accurately.

- Organise worksheets and maintain an orderly learning environment.

- Communicate with parents directly, clearly, and in a timely manner.

- Manage approximately 15–20 students per day.

- Follow Kumon standards and centre processes.

- Subject Specialisation Mathematics Instructor – Strong proficiency in Mathematics.



English Instructor – Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Mathematics & English Instructor – Positive proficiency in both subjects. Qualification & Experience Degree in any subject or equivalent diploma. Freshers are welcome. Prior experience with children or in education is an added advantage. Montessori experience is preferred. Strong Mathematics and/or English proficiency, depending on the role. Spoken English is mandatory. Kannada is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
