Role Description The English Language Trainer will deliver interactive classroom sessions focused on spoken English, listening, writing, and presentation skills for diverse learners, including students, job seekers, and professionals. This full-time, on-site role based in Vadakara involves planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, and using engaging activities to build learners’ confidence and fluency. The trainer will assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.





Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive classroom environment, supporting learners in overcoming speaking hesitations, and collaborating with the Speak Hub team to continuously improve course content and teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Education, including lesson planning, learner assessment, and classroom management.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills for preparing teaching materials, exercises, and learner feedback.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Relevant academic background in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields; teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an English trainer or teacher, preferably in spoken English or communication-focused programs.
- Ability to motivate diverse learners, create an inclusive environment, and support learners with varying proficiency levels.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach; familiarity with using basic digital tools in the classroom is a plus.
