Job Title: English Teacher & Personality Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled English Teacher & Personality Development Trainer to improve students' English communication skills, confidence, personality, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
- Conduct Personality Development (PD) and communication skills training sessions.
- Improve students' public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Train students in interview preparation, group discussions, and professional etiquette.
- Develop students' confidence, leadership qualities, and positive attitudes.
- Plan interactive classroom activities and practical learning sessions.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate students to improve their overall communication and personality.

Required Skills:





- Excellent English communication and teaching skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Knowledge of soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation.
- Positive attitude, patience, and motivational skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification preferred.
- Previous experience in English teaching or PD training is an advantage.

Job Objective: To help students become confident, fluent English speakers with solid communication skills, professional personalities, and the ability to succeed in academic and career opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
