We are seeking an experienced and hands-on technical leader for our Generative AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and production-level AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and hands-on execution of ML / Generative AI projects end to end
2. Mentor a team of ML and backend engineers
3. Oversee the development of cutting-edge generative AI applications
4. Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
7. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
8. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in building and deploying ML / AI applications
2. Experience managing and mentoring ML / AI Engineers is good to have
3. Proven expertise in NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI
4. Strong background in building and deploying production-grade Python ML services
5. Proficiency in prompting techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),



agent frameworks, and LLM serving frameworks
6. Hands-on experience with: Strong experience with any SQL database. NoSQL experience is good to have.
7. Experience with ElasticSearch or any other search database is a robust preference.
8. Experience with atleast any one of Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django.
9. Experience with atleast any one ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn
10. Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen is good to have.
11. Familiarity with Python backend development and relevant application architectures
