* Responsibilities:-

1. Vendor assessment & development
2. Providing clearance for dispatch / arrange visit for inspection of material at vendor end.

3. Preparation of inspection report

4. Incoming material inspection
5. Follow up for mtc, boughtout itms test reports.
6. Clearing of rework GRN with debit amount
7. To send mail regarding non suitable product received in incoming inspection
8. Communication with supplier, vendors regarding non confirmities.
9. Proper storage of mtc after verification
10. Raw material identification stage inspection

11. Fabrication offers

12. Machining Offers
13. Identification & traceability of jobs
14. Preparation of NCR, CAPA, DCR
15. Get CAPA for rejection rework cases
16. Training to employee / increase knowledge level of employee
17. Reduce rework-rejection, NCR
18. Updation of fortnightly report, offer data, GRN data on drive
19. Preparation & Updation of S/c Machining QAP
20. Gain knowledge regarding functional req
21. Devide all work as per importance and priority.
22. Study drg files after receipt.
23. Analysis of Vendor Rejection-Rework.

* Deliverables:-

1. Clearing GRN on next day of receipt with proper & complete inspection with report / checklist.
2.



Clearing daily offer on same day with proper & complete inspection.
3. Raise NCR on same day after receipt of CAPA.
4. Clearance for Inspection report of Machined item or Arrange inspection at vendor end on next day for inspection. Inspected item at vendor should not get rejected once it gets accepted.
5. Reduce Rejection Rework of Machining Vendors by at least 50% of last year.
6. Zero customer (Production, Client) complaint.
7. Arrange inspection at vendor end on next day after receipt of inspection call with document.

* Accountability:-

1. On time completion of GRN, Offer with quality
2. On time documentation like Inspection Report / checklist, NCR, QAP preparation

3. Vendor Machining Quality
4. Inspection Arrangement at vendor end on time or providing clearance

Education - BE / B Tech. Mechancial Experience - 4-6 years
