Engineer - Project Management

1. Project Planning and Coordination

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, analytics, business units).

- Schedule and lead project meetings, manage updates and documentation.

2. Data Analysis and Insights

- Collect, clean, and analyze project-related data to track KPIs and performance.

- Use tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python for data modeling and dashboards.

- Present data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

- Conduct risk assessments based on historical or real-time data.

3. MIS Reporting and Systems Oversight

- Design and manage MIS systems to support reporting and decision-making.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting through automation or dashboard creation.

- Maintain data integrity and compliance with data governance standards.

- Develop custom MIS reports to support senior management and stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the communication bridge between data teams, IT, and business stakeholders.





- Translate technical findings into actionable business insights.

- Gather and manage stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Provide regular updates and status reports to executives and sponsors.

5. Risk & Change Management

- Monitor project risks, develop mitigation plans, and adapt to changes dynamically.

- Use data to forecast project delays or resource gaps.

- Implement change control processes and track impact across systems and reporting.

6. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.
