Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and equipment status.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Train and guide junior technicians in maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
