Role Overview Ashwathh Legal,a boutique IP and Technology laws firm in Current Delhi is seeking a highly strategic and field-oriented Enforcement Associate to join our Anti Counterfeiting Investigations practice. This position is strictly dedicated to intelligence gathering, market investigations, and criminal enforcement operations. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp investigative mindset and a proven track record of conducting and leading anti counterfeiting investigations as well as tracing complex supply chains and coordinating directly with law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Investigations: Design and execute comprehensive market surveys and deep-dive supply chain investigations to trace illicit activities and identify key targets.
- Criminal Enforcement: Lead the strategy, preparation, and on-the-ground execution of criminal enforcement actions and raids.
- Agency Liaison: Build, navigate, and maintain critical operational relationships with local police, specialized law enforcement units,



and intelligence agencies to facilitate seamless enforcement.
- Intelligence Gathering: Collect, analyze, and synthesize field data into actionable intelligence and strategy reports to guide broader enforcement objectives.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Investigations practice leadership to ensure all on-the-ground actions align with strict legal frameworks and client mandates.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Demonstrated professional experience of at least 4-6 years in strategic anti counterfeiting investigations, criminal enforcement actions, and corporate intelligence.
- Proven ability to successfully and ethically liaise with Indian police and intelligence authorities.
- Deep practical understanding of investigative strategy, evidence collection, and supply chain mapping.
- Exceptional tactical thinking, resilience, and on-the-ground problem-solving skills.
