Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle medical billing tasks like charge posting, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and patient statements.
- Complete daily work on time with high accuracy (above 98%).
- Meet company targets and deadlines (SLA above 95%).
- Correct billing errors and resubmit claims when needed.
- Work with the team to resolve billing issues.
- Learn and use software like IMS, eCW, and MicroMD.
- Follow HIPAA and company quality and security rules.
- Attend training and follow updated procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes.
