Wellness Intern

Visit Health | Full-Time Internship

What will you take care of?

Wellness Activity Planning

- Create monthly and quarterly wellness calendars around key health days and awareness campaigns.
- Develop engagement ideas across mental, physical, and financial well-being.
- Coordinate with account managers, design, and marketing teams to customise and communicate activities.

Wellness Carnivals

- Support the planning and execution of wellness carnivals, health screenings, and camps.
- Coordinate with doctors, diagnostic labs, vendors, and client HR and admin teams.
- Manage event logistics, registrations, and on-ground activities.
- Track attendance, footfall, feedback, and photographs for post-event reports.

Online & Onsite Sessions

- Schedule webinars, workshops, health talks, and screening camps with healthcare experts.
- Manage calendars, invitations, reminders, presentations, and technical checks.
- Host or co-host online sessions and manage Q&A;, polls, and recordings.
- Maintain session trackers and attendance records.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare post-session reports and monthly engagement summaries.
- Maintain databases of speakers and vendors.
- Support account managers with engagement data for client reviews.

What are we looking for?

Eligibility





- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Management, HR, Marketing, Operations, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Psychology, Event Management, or a related field.
- Available full time for the internship duration.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Clear written and spoken English; regional language skills are a plus.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness; experience organising college events or campaigns is a plus.
- Comfortable travelling within the city and working occasional extended hours on event days.
- Proactive, people-friendly, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
