Job Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate codes.

- Perform coding for Inpatient and Outpatient medical records.

- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and client-specific guidelines.

- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.

- Participate in quality audits and process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of E&M; coding guidelines.

- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Knowledge of US healthcare documentation and compliance standards

Certifications Required:

- CPC (Certified Skilled Coder)

- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)





- Or any equivalent recognized Medical Coding Certification

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Coding

- Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient Coding is mandatory

Work Details:

- Work Mode: Hybrid

- Location: Greater Noida West

- Work Days: 5 Days a Week

- Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided
